Common Diamond Abrasive Mounted Points Abrasive mounted points are designed for carving a wide range of ultra hard to soft material into intricate shapes. Unlike electroplated diamond carving points, metal bond abrasive mounted points will continue to work as long as portion of the head still remains. Abrasive mounted points are designed for use with all popular hand held machines, and must be used with coolant. The applicable machines are as followings: Hand Piece Drills, Cordless Drills, Other Equipment (must be used between 9,000 to 35,000 RPM's (do not exceed 35,000 RPM) APPLICATION of abrasive mounted points: 1. Glass / Quartz 2. Advanced Ceramics 3. Natural Stone & Gemstone |

The standard specifications of abrasive mounted points is 2.35mm, other shank sizes such as 1/8" (3.2mm) and 1/4" (6.2mm) are available upon request. |
