The Thickness ranging of the member card is from .011" to .030" or other thickness that customers required. 03. Standard size of the member card is 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" with rounded corners or other sizes are available. 04. Spot color / full color (4 colors process-CMYK)of the text can be printed on single side/both sides of the member card . 05. Direct thermal printing of text with name, PIN numbers or automated lists on each member card. 06. Signature and Write-on Panels can be used in the member card. 07. Loco Magnetic stripe or Hico magnetic stripe can be encoded on the member card track 1, track 2 or track 3 according to the customer’s request. 08. Embossing of the member card (Gold ,/silver that can be tipped on it ). 09. Slot or rounded hole can be punched in the member card. 10. **Artwork**We can accept designs in many file formats but,and the resolution need to reach 300pdi to avoid unclear when printing, artwork should be created in one of the following software packages:1.coreldraw2.Adobe Illustrator3.PhotoshopFull colour artwork requires a bleed of at least 3mm on all sides. Spot colour artwork should come in at least 3mm from the edge of the card. All fonts should be converted to outlines and logos that are not in a vector format should be at least 300 dpi.
