Four. Handing Notions:
1,Please do not touch the component with bare hand because electrode may be corroded.
2,The component may be damaged if mechanical stress exceeding specifications is applied.
3,Take care to protect operating circuit surge voltage resulting excessive force,falling,shock temperature change.
4,If DC voltage is applied to the component ,silver migration may occur .Please pay full attention to avoid subjecting.
5,Avoid excessive pulling lead wire because wire may break or soldering point may come off .
6,Applying Load on the center of the diaphragm may cause cracking in the ceramic elements .When the diaphragm is supported by the edge ,the load should be only applied around the edge.
Five.Soldering procedures
When using a soldering iron ,the optimum temperature for soldering a lead wire to a metal plate is 340°c±10°c for 1-2 second and the same temperature for the ceramic Silver electrode for 0.5 second or less .
