HM Carbon Fiber Adhesives include HM-180 Carbon Fiber Primer, HM-180CE Carbon Fiber Flattening Adhesive and HM-180C3P Carbon Fiber Impregnation Adhesive. This series of products are epoxy resinadhesives with good properties for use as bonding materials of fiber fabric.

1. Uses

HM Carbon Fiber Adhesives are used for the effective penetration bonding between fiber fabric and substrate, in order for strengthening and reinforcement of construction structures. The fiber fabric can be carbon fiber, glass fiber, basalt fiber or aramid fiber. The substrate can be concrete, steel material, ceramic, stone or wood components.

a) Primer: coat on the surface layer of substrate after the broken surface is chiseled off. If the surface of substrate is intact, coating of Primer is not needed.

b) Flattening Adhesive: repair and ftattening of substrate surface defects, such as large damage, convexo-concave surface, corner, in order to paste carbon fiber better and then give play to the tensile strength of carbon fiber cloth.

c) Impregnation Adhesive: impregnation and paste between substrate surface and fiber fabric. When fiber fabrics are completely soaked, they can be pasted effectively on the substrate surface, so as to strengthen and reinforce the substrates.

2. Advantages
