Main Characteristics:

This putty is two-part materials which was composited by metals, high-temp modified resin, and hardener. Room controllable time is 30-45 min, fast cure by heating, high hardness after cured, can be sanded and polished. The temperature range is 100°C to 150°C.

 Applications:

Using in repairing the cracks and gaps in different kinds of cylinders, metal shells, and water tanks, etc.

(1)Appearance(by visual): A:silver viscous liquid B:earth yellow paste

(2)Shelf Life(Room sealed):two years

(3) Mix Ratio:  A:B=2:1

(4) Hardness(shore-D):≥80(25°c)

(5) Shear Strength(24h/25°c):≥15mpa

How to Use:

(1) First, clean the surface by removing the oil, stain,etc.

(2) Mix glue A and B evenly by the ratio of 2:1, and then coating it on the bonded surface.

(3) After 24 hour at room temperature of 25°c, it can get 70%~80% working strength, but if heated at 80°c, it can get full cure and highest working strength.
