Characteristics

1. Two-component, neutral curing at room temperature, no corrosion. Forming high-strength flexible silicone rubber within 1~3 hours when component A mixed component B according to the required proportion.

 2. Excellent unprimed adhesion to most common building substrates.

 3. Once cured, will keep outstanding bond performance at the temperature of -50°C~+150°C.

 4. Excellent anti-aging properties, such as resistant to ozone, UV etc.

 Main Application

1. Secondary sealant in a dual-sealed insulating glass unit.

2. Many other building and industrial uses.

 Instruction

1. Make an adhesion and compatibility test prior to use.

 2. The volume ratio of component A and component B is 10:1. The cure rate may be adjusted by changing the Component B volume according the actual need.

 3. Clean the substrate surface with solvent or suitable detergent and keep the substrate dry before sealant application.

 4. Suitable for using mechanical mixing and dispensing. In order to determine whether homogeneous mixing, the user should make uniformity test (butterfly) before sealant application.

  Limitation

1. Not used underground or continuously immersed in water.

 2. Don’t use on material that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents.

 Notices

1. Ensure adequate ventilation environment.

 2.Abide by the relative safety criteria when using solvent.

 4.In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water or seek medical help immediately.

 Storage and transportation

Keep in a cool, ventilated, dry place and the temperature is blow 27°C.

 Component A is white color, Component B is Black color. After mixing, it is black color.

 Two-component Structural Silicone Sealant (Component B)

 Instruction

 1. The ratio of Component A and Component B is from 9:1 to 11:1(by volume)

 2. Component B should be stirred before mixing with component A.

 3. In order to avoid generating particle, component B should not be exposed to air for prolonged time because of its reactivity with atmospheric moisture.

 Limitation:

 1. Not used underground or continuously immersed in water.

 2. Don’t use on material that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents.
