Weatherproof Silicone Sealant

Characteristics:

1.One component, neutral room temperature curing, oxime type.

2.Excellent weatherproof and anti-aging properties.

3.Excellent bonding property for most building materials.

4.Keep good performance at the temperature of -50oC~+100oC after cured.

Main uses:

1.Weather-resistant filling joint and sealing of small curtain wall project (the height of architecture less than 15 meters, the area within 1000 square meters).

2.Filling joint and sealing of indoor and outdoor decoration engineering.

3.anti-seepage seal of architecture window & door glazing and frame edge.

4.Many other building and industrial uses.

Limitation:

1.The product is not used as structural sealant.

2.Not suitable for frost-laden or wet surfaces.

3.Not for permanent or continuous water immersion

4.Not suitable for confined joint(the sealant need atmospheric moisture for cure)

5.Do not use on materials that bleed grease, plasticizer or solvent, such as the surface of wood permeated-oil.

6.For better performance, not use when the substrate surface temperature below 4oC or exceed 40oC.

Storage and usable life:

It belong to Non-inflammable and non-explosive goods, as general non-dangerous goods to transport.

When stored in a cool, ventilated, dry and the temperature at or below 27oC, it has a usable life of 9 months from the date of manufacture.
