LED potting silicone (BQ-4365A/B)
Introduction
Liquid silicone potting adhesive with 2component and ordinary refractive index. Mainly used for sealing of electronic components, so as to strengthen the integrity of electronic components, improve the resistance against external shocks and vibration; enhance the insulation of internal components and lines, it’s helpful for the device become smaller and lighter, avoid the devices and lines exposed to the environment directly. Improve the performance of the waterproof and moisture resistant.

How to use
1. Use ratio:A:B=1:1
2. Mix two parts evenly(mixing time recommended--8 min), and then defoaming it under vacuum for 2-3min(it’s unnecessary to heat in the whole process)
3.After defoaming, potting it by needles or dispensing. In order to drive the air out of rubber completely, you’d better defoaming again under vacuum to the needles which has full of the rubber.
4. Before encapsulation, preheat the stand or base 120°C/3h at least at the same time, so that the wet gas can be cleared up and avoid the bubble when curing.
5. Curing condition
Top mould:75°C/1h+150°C/0.5-1h(demould )+150°C/3h( long roast)
Integration :80-100°C/1h+150°C/3h( long roast)
NOTE:The time is adjustable according to the actual situation, but extensive testing of the rubber compound is a must.
Storage
Sealed storage in cool and dry conditions at room temperature.
Shelf life
6 months under above conditions. It remain can be used after shelf life if the technical data is qualified.

Notes
Application
during the application or storage period ,avoid contact the subjects which contain the P, S, N, Sn, water, polyurethane resin and so on .or cause the obstruction and deterioration of curing.(e.g.:solution for cleaning the plastic cups, additional toxic components within the oven, organic acids,etc.)Used the mixed rubber up as soon as possible in 2 hours.
Safe
1. Note the labor wearable during the application, avoid high-temperature burns during the construction process, and prohibit consumption.
2. Use the product carefully, note the safety issues before and during use, more over, follow the relevant provisions of national or local government safety regulations. (Refer to the appropriate safety guidelines for details in MSDS)
