Introduction

  Darbond® Anaerobic Threadlocker 2271 is one component, medium to low viscosity, high strength, anaerobic threadlocker. It cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

Typical Properties

High strength, medium to low viscosity.Excellent chemical resistance. Good lubricity.Heat and hand tools are required for disassembly.Used for permanent locking and sealing threaded fasteners M16-M26 (Ideal for under M22)

 Typical Applications

Used for permanent locking and sealing M16-M26 thread fasteners.Prevent thread from loosening, leakage and rust.Typically used for stud studded end locking (such as cylinder head stud).
