Brief indutroduction:

ThePR-FDG unviersal  full automatic dry granulator is the most advanced home-made one in the world, which is designed and developed on the basis of GMP concepts and characteristics of Chinese patent medicines and biochemical medines. It’s widely applied for granulation in such industries as pharmacy, food and chemical engineering, which is especially applliable for granulation of materials vulnerable to being decomposed and ineffective or agglomerated when contacting wet and heat. The grains produces are directly used for granule packets, tablets and filled capsules.

Features:

The negative pressure airflow feeder can feed automatically with enclosed operation for the whole process, thus effectively preventing drug power from flying and thus avoiding cross contamination. It solves the present world puzzle that the vaccum and mechanical feeding can’t be satisfied.Thanks to the impulse prepressing feeder, many drugs which were unable to use the dry granulation can use the environment-friendly and convenient dry granulation process.The coarse grain reflux reforming function is a new concept of solving the low yield of dry granulation.The whole taper multi-cutter straightening granulator is free of the traditional defect of metal friction caused by straightening of the rocking sieve. The cutters with a middle rotation speed can cut acceptable grains and also roll and throw them so that there are few edge angles and attached power on grain surface.The multivariate three-deck vibrating screen can screen out fine power which then flows back to the power bucket for tabletting again. The acceptable grains flow back to the straightening granulator for straightening again.The fully enclosed casing can effectively prevent dust from breaking in electric appliances and moving parts.The overall easily removable design, taking 20 minutes only, facilitates cleaning and makes cleaning easily acceptable.
