B-3-32G Ozone Generator

The Bluegrass Water Technology Model B-3-32G ozone generator (ozonator) isdesigned specifically for disinfection and oxidation of water in industrial,laboratory and pilot plant applications. Typical applications include drinkingwater, process water loops, recycling processes, food and beverage industries,cooling towers, aquaculture, aquariums and swimming pools.
The components of the Model B-10G are mounted in a rugged stainless steelcabinet, and all parts that come into contact with oxygen and ozone are made ofstainless steel, glass or Teflon.
The Model B-3-32G ozonator uses a fan-cooled Corona Discharge (CD) tube togenerate ozone from a variety of pressurized sources such as compressed air,bottled oxygen or an oxygen generator. The Model B-5G also has a built- inlight duty air compressor to generate its own compressed air. The result ishigh ozone concentration yields at low energy demand.
Switches and LED status indicator lights are provided for the ozonegenerator and the air compressor. The concentration of ozone discharged iscontrollable from 0 to 100% by a dial potentiometer to vary the current to theCD tube, as displayed on a 300-800mA amp meter. Should the unit stop makingozone for any reason, a fault warning light is displayed. The unit is protectedelectrically by an externally-accessible fuse.
The Model B-3-32G ozonator comes completewith pre-installed fittings and all required tubing, enabling it to beinstalled and running in less than ten minutes.
It is maintenance free, and carries a 1-year factory warranty on parts and labor.
