The BG2000 air purification system cleans the waste air, helps keep the air fresh in the workshop and eventually, protect the workers.
The dual-stage style equipment consists of ionization unit & collection unit. A Series of tungsten filament and opposite earthing plates form the ionization unit. The motes are charged +/- by the ionization unit. A Series of parallel plates form the collection part. The plates are charged +/-by hi-Voltage DC (same polarity, half voltage as the ionization unit), which forms the electric field. Charged motes are attracted by earthing plates, simultaneously repelled by charged plates, then the motes are easily removed.
