Description:

l  Air Showers are designed to remove surface contamination from personnel prior to entering a Cleanroom or Clean Work Area such as a Paint Spray Booth.   Numerous contaminants can be introduced into a clean room environment by being transported on the outer garments of an individual entering a clean room, and for that reason, many clean rooms will feature a personnel, equipment or product air shower

l  An air shower is a self-contained unit that utilizes specialized, high efficiency air flow and other technologies to effectively remove all types of contaminants from the every individual

Feature:

l  All visible surfaces are covered with high-pressure, white plastic laminate.

l  Trim is constructed of clear, anodized aluminum.

l  All interior duct surfaces are completely covered with plastic laminate, melamine laminate, clear anodized aluminum, or other suitable surface coverings compatible

l  Doors are also made from clean, anodized aluminum and 1/4" tempered glass used at the entry and exit of the Air Shower.

l  Adjustable air nozzles are constructed from white plastic. Return air registers are of white baked enamel steel grilles, built into the Air Shower wall system.

l  Interior ceilings include an appropriate number of air nozzles and a fluorescent light, or, HEPA filters and lighting above a protective grille
