1. Intro

Automatic control technology plays a more and more important role in many science-tech industries. Automatic control refers to that one working state or data (That is the item under control) of the equipment or production process ( Generally refer to the object under control) can works according to pre-set rule without any interference of man but only use some extra equipment or device (So-called control device or controller.)

SIEHE is involved in the research and development in automatic control of dispersing, emulsifying, milling, mixing and complete & customized production line. It adopts PLC as main controller, and its operation system consists of industrial PC or Touch Screen and PLC control system. Production processing data can be reviewed easily on the display. HMI adopt Windows interface. Easy and intuitional operation.

2. Main Features

a. Automatic/Manual switch: Under automatic mode, it can operate automatically and output required products according to the programmed production process, no operator is required. Under manual mode, operator can operate each action. Easy application and maintenance.

b. Data setting and display: For setting required mixing time, speed, weight, level measurement; Display temperature, pressure, level measurement.

c. Production processing dynamic display: IPC or Touch Screen display the working process in animation as well as related animation to enable the operator know the working state of the equipment intuitionally.

d. Data saving: Save mature production technology of each product into the system to enable to call it out easily to the current working when produce similar product.

e. Malfunction display: Real-time display various possible malfunction to assist serviceman to clear the malfunction. And it can also review the history of every malfunction for easy repair and maintenance.

f. IPC, Touch Screen as host computer of the system are all from international famous brand to ensure the control system are reliable.

g. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Analog input module are all from international famous company. They are compact in structure, strong capability in anti-interference, stable and reliable.
