Use of the product

Suitable for the whole ceramic tile industry, including wall and floor tiles, polished tile and ceramic sanitary ware.

Functions of the product:

1.It can substitute STPP when used in ceramic body ,

but the price is cheaper than that of STPP.

2.The dosage is about half of the traditional diluting agent

3. It can reduce the viscosity of slurry, raise its fluidity, reduce the moisture content of slurry, so reducing the energy consumption of a ball mill and a spray drying tower and raise output, has certain grinding aid, make the particle gradation of a powder material to be more reasonable, raising the fluidity of the powder material, reduce phenomena of stratification.

Usage:

It can be used together with mud material and water into a ball mill for ball milling.

Additive:

according to the formula of each ceramic product and it is generally 0.1-0.4% of the quantity of dried materials.

Viscosity:

The body’s viscosity will be 20~40 seconds with Tu-4 cup.
