a. Provide a sample color: better to be a color painted on metal base in order to prevent color difference

b. If you know the factory color code or international standard color code, just provide us with those code numbers. This could be the quickest and most precise method.

c. Normally it will take 1 week for us to counter-provide our color samples for you to compare and confirm by the co-work of our painting experts and the paint suppliers. 

d. After receiving our counter-samples, pls. confirm to us as quick as possible in order for us to set out for production accordingly.

Color of Card Our PVDF coated aluminum coil is made of fluorine carbon resin, pigment, ester solvent after high temperature roasting and baking. The paint of this PVDF coated aluminum coils are solidified to dry film with super weather resistance. PVDF coating also can be classified as traditional PVDF and nanometer PVDF coating. A. Traditional PVDF Coating, with KYNAR500 PVDF and two or three times for coating and baking, has good properties of anti-acid, anti-alkali and is durable in atrocious weather and environment, keeping 15 years no unwonted fading. In view of these facts, we recommend this PVDF coated aluminum coils are applied for external wall cladding. B. Nanometer PVDF Coating, which different with traditional PVDF, is the clear coating. It contains nanometer element, which can protect panel from pollution, because nanometer has self-cleaning effect, it is easy to get rid of dust and pollution by raining or water. PE (polyester) Coating PE (polyester) coating: Using high molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, this PE coating method of our color coated aluminum coil is an UV-resistant coating. It can be classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact molecule structure makes paint surface luster and smooth, which assures good printing on the PE coated aluminum coils surface. With a warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance, it is specially applied for internal decoration and sign board.
