High temperature melting the basalt and other natural ore, added with some binder and solidifying it, the core material of rock-wool insulation panel is produced. It is one of the best fire-resistant new fire-proof panels. 

This kind of panel is accepted by drying room, paint baking house, architecture and shipbuilding for thermal and sound insulation use; it is also used as ceiling or partition of electronic cleaning room, purifying room and fire and explosion prevention workshop. It can keep as long as 80 minutes of fire endurance. The sickness of the panel would be 50-150mm.

Product Performance:

1. Thermal insulation: its thermal conductivity would be 0.030.047W/(moK) in normal environmental condition(about 25).

2.  Sound insulation: rock wool is of good sound-proof and sound-absorbing performance due to its porous structure.
