Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a kind of sandwich panel which is made from Poly core combined two aluminum sheets ,and coated with the Kynar500 PVDF or Polyester on
one side. ACP has been proved to appear many excellent characteristics through lab testing or using, such as weatherresistance,chemical resistance,heat insulation,
lightweight,flatness,stainless, scrubbing resistant,fireproof etc.
And the dimensions of the sheets that we can produce: 1) we can produce the width of sheet by 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1550mm, 1570mm. for the length, it depengson yourneeds. And other special size, it is no problem.
2)And thickness:3mm,4mm,5mm and 6mm.

Original material for HAIDA panels
1)PVDF coating is from Japan P.P.G Kynar 500 PVDF coating. Haida panels provides a 20 year warranty without change of colors. And KYNAR 500 PVDF coating shall
meet the performance criteria of AAMA 2605.2 specification.
2)Protective film of HAIDA trade mark is from France. The film is strong protective effect. When you take off the films after installation panels, no any dirt & any
vestiges will be left on panels.
3) The plastic or high mineral filled core named POLYSTYRENE is from Canada, which is very famous over the world by VAON factory. It can keep Solvent resistance and keep
temperature expansion by 120 from -40 C to +80 C.
4) The macromolecule velum between Aluminuim skin and plastic is from Germany. It has higher stronger viscidity. When you bend the panles, the Aluminuim skin don't disengage plastic.
5) Coatings & paintings will be three times in our factory. So, the thickness of paintings will be more 30UM. All, we keep our panels best on quality.
