3. after knurling, using strip feeder to feeding the thermal break strip automatically, after feeding strip , two extrusion profiles are connected by thermal break strip , but not connect tightly

4. using composite machine make two extrusion profiles connect tightly

5. tester is used for test the connect force between extrusion profiles and thermal break strip.

1. injection type thermal break assembly machine includes knurling machine, injection machine and cutting machine

2. using knurling machine to knurl the notch of extrusion profiles, after knurling, in notch of extrusion profiles, there are some teeth in line one by one, can increase friction. but this teeth is different from feeding type.

3. using injection machine to inject the polyurethane in notch of extrusion profiles. after injection, under the polyurethane, there are metal web, so extrusion profiles is connected by polyurethane and metal web

4. using cutting machine to cut the metal web. then extrusion profiles is just connected by polyurethane

why we use thermal break aluminum extrusion profile?

 because thermal conductivity of aluminum is very high, but that of polyamide and polyurethane is very low, then can stop heat or cold transfer.
