Definition of Activity:
One ENOLZYMETM Xylanase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose per minute from 5mg/mL substrate solution(Oat Xylan), at 37°C and at pH 5.5 under the conditions of the test.

Functions:
