HPL/PVC type perforated panel is used for the places where air flow is necessary under the floor, and the the area dustproof, antistatic.such as electrical workshops,cleaning rooms, and some special computer rooms.
HPL/PVC Type perforated panel system is composed of panels, pedestals,stringers and screw. The stringers and pedestals are vertically adjustable and are secured with screw to form the stable bottom bearing. The panels are then inlaid into the grid which is formed when connecting the stringers. Both the top steel sheet and PVC tile are punched with larger ventilation holes and then welded to the bottom gird structure. The panels are coated with epoxy power after have been phosphorate(fcsfarite) to protect against corrosion. The perforated panel can be equipped with a damper which allow for air volume adjustment if necessary within the range of 0-40%.This panel system is compatible with the PVC type steel cement infilled panel system and is capable of providing rolling load capacity equal to that of the SCP series FS1250 panel.
