full steel structure, face plate is good cold-rolled SPCC hard steel,after drawing and spot welding , the panel shaped . the surface of panel is painted after Parkerizing process , cement filled in the middle .conductivity of metal shell is very height,its antistatic performance is excellent . High-wearing antistatic HPL or PVC tile: HPL or PVC tile (upper bed),(if there is not tile, that is bare panel), epoxy resin (lower course), conductive edge for four sides. pedestal is pressure forming by steel plate,lead screw can be adjusted at discretion,stringer is made with 22*26 mm or 22*30 mm square tube .
