I. Overview
Our modified asphalt plant is applicable to produce not only for various modified asphalt, such as: SBS, EVA, PE, but also for rubberized asphalt. It is composed of heating tank, main body, Screw feeder, thermal oil heating furnace and controlling system. The main body is mainly consisted of reaction tank, colloid mill and electronic weighing system. The production process is automatically controlled by computer with Dynamic real-time monitoring display to check a print out the record timely.
The plant is characterized by excellent modifying quality, accurate metering system, simple and easy operation, which is a ideal equipment for road construction of expressway, bridge deck, airport and urban arterial road.
II. Product features
1.Main performance
The main performance parameters are as follows:
a)Applicable to various modifier such as: SBS , EVA, PE, ect
b)The proportion of modifier and asphalt can be set timely according to user’s requirement.
c)The productivity and working batch can be set freely
d)The good mixing result of SBS and asphalt:the inside and outside feeding pipes are applied to ensure the even spreading of SBS modifiers into asphalt, which can save the mixing time.
e)Enough time for expension: The SBS granuels will be expanded with the time passing by after deposition enen though the SBS is already fin engouth, which is not good for the mixing toghther of asphalt and SBS modifier.
f)The grined modifiers is fin and evenly distributed with high modifying quality and stable performance.
g)Electronic weighing system: it is a reduction weighing design with high precision. The mixing proportion can be ensured.
h)Resonalbe lay out of heating surface and excellent manuafacturing process can make an ensurance of the production efficiency and product quality
i)Moduler design is convenient to move and fast to assemble.
j) Optimized cylinder design and longitudinal and horizontal stream guidance design can make fully use of the agitating device, as well as reduce energy consumption and increase productivity to make sure the fully blending of the modifier to give fully play of it;
k)The production process is automatically controlled by the computer. The production record can be check timely.
