♣ What are daytime running lights?
In September 25, 2008, the European Commission has announced and decided that daytime car lights plan will launch in 2011, which requires new vehicles equipped with daytime running lights. The policy reflects the importance of daytime running light greatly.
Daytime running lights do not only play the role of lighting, but also to warn pedestrians and vehicles that a moving vehicle is approaching and in working condition.
In Scandinavian countries, daylight driving requires headlight to be turned on. By violating such provision, heavy fines are charged. Countries like Poland and Italy, also have corresponding period to turn-on the headlight in the winter.
In short, the aim of daytime running lights are to provide safety and you are welcome to use new products under daytime running light series.

About Samples:

1) Methods of payment: T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal and Western Union;
2) 30% deposit before production, 70% amount must be paid before shipment;
3) For payment, the extra charge should be paid at the buyer’s side;
4) Any customs duties and certificate fee shall be borne by the buyers.
After-sales Service:
1) All products you bought from us enjoy 12 months of free replacement (if there’s any quality defects);
2) We will strictly control their quantity & quality of the goods before delivery;
3) Once receive the goods, please check the goods carefully to find whether there is any loss or damage;
4) If the buyers find that the quantity is not correct or some of the goods have quality defects, you shall advise us immediately (Phone calls or emails) and take pictures to keep a record, the photos must reflect the real situation, once we found there has any false, all the consequences and losses will be bear by the buyers.
5) After the investigation if it shows that the lack in quantity or quality problems is our fault, we have an obligation to make compensation, if it is caused by transit, we will assist the customers turn to the courier / insurance company to claim for compensation.
