Routine experiment
Normal temperature(25): it is ensure that there are output errors within 3% FS and no leakage under 400Kpa test pressure (as test cycle shown in the figure 3 that there are repeated 200 thousand times cycles)
High temperature(125): Ensured output errors within 3% FS
Low temperature(-40): Ensured output errors within 3% FS
MAP Sensor (pressure sensor) measures the pressure of the gas coming from the reducer, and ensures an optimum gas flow to the engine. The other function of this device is to measure the vacuum amount inside the suction manifold and send this data to ECU. The electronic control unit adjusts the fuel-air mixture amount according to the data coming from map sensor.
