The processing :
1. Axle tube is 20Mn2 seamless pipe ,through one-piece press forging and heat-treatment , which has strong carrying capacity and high strength .
2. Axle spindle material is 20Mn2 over all forging and heat-treatment , which has high strength .
3. Axle spindle and tube are connected by submerged axc welding ,safe and reliable.
4. Both of the spondles used two headed CNC lathe process together ,keep the spindles coaxiality , the journal was grinded ,high precision .
5. The hole of brake bracket was welded and than six hole boring process the true position was well , so it was can location high accuracy , action to improve the efficiency of the system .
