Properties

CPP is produced from bovine casein by controlled enzymatic hydrolysis and subsequent refining and spray drying, it can effectively enhance the absorption of calcium and iron. CPP is water soluble white powder, it has good solubility and can bear processing at high temperature and the stability is good.
