For the Badge Material, we produce it with different raw materials. Plastic material and Tinplate material.

1. Plastic Badge Material

This Badge material made of 4 parts of each set, it shows as below:

Our tinplate cover use the shiny side material, and we use good raw material ,it looks shiny , feels full and thick, not easy to be changed the shape, and the back part we use ABS/PS material, it's good in impact and abrasion resistance, also good water resistance . The film is good in abrasion resistance.With this material ,the badge looks more classic and beautiful, and feels thickly and full.

2. Tinplate Back Badge Material

This is also made by 4 part as below

The tinplate material can bear or endure dirty, this  badge looks classic, So it is very popular in the market.

But if the raw material of the tinplate is not good enough, the tinplate cover and back is easy to be changed the shape, for making  sure the quality ,we prefer to use the thicker and better raw material when we arrange production.
