Technical Performance

1.The discharge tube equipment uses manual feeding at the beginning, after the first feeding, the equipment starts

 auto feeding.

2. Depending on the type of discharge tube, the feeding mechanism roller pressure is adjustable.

3. The temperature of the heating molding device is high precision controlled and  continuously adjustable.

4. The host is frequency controlled, the transmission is smoothly adjustable to ensure sufficient transmission power, 

and to facilitate maintenance and belt replacement.

5. Built-in rubber roller with adjustable pressure to ensure smooth discharge tube forming .
