Application scope of bag-making machine :

Material: various compound films.

Roll folding: max width: 1240mm, max diameter: 600mm.

Auxiliary material: max width: 500mm, max diameter: 600mm.

Adaptability

Bagging speed: 100 parts/min (mechanical design speed), approx. 30m/min.

Bagging width: Max width 1000mm.

Bagging length: 50-400mm. When the set program is above 320mm, it will automatically change into multiple conveyances.

Notes:The actual operation speed will reduce for the reason of difference of the bag type and material.

Warping mode of bag-making machine :

Fabrication: put the warp beam horizontally displacement sensor, tension is auto-controlled.

Functions

Heat seal: speed of heat seal , duration of heat seal, proportion of heat seal acceleration.

Temperature:0~300°C can adjust.

Automatic count: presetting is available.

Conveyance of finished bag: conveyance quantity is available.

Punching device: time can be preset, continuous or interval punching is available.

Setting up mode: alternatively first sealing press and second sealing press.
