HSJ-Series gas tunnel oven is designed for cookies/ cakes/ bars/pies/ biscuits and so as these products.
This oven has atmospheric burners and is executed with a steel mesh belt, working width could be from 400mm~1200mm, length designed as the cutomers' requirments. maximum temperature of is 300 ºC.
A pre-pressure of min. 25 mbar and max. 125 mbar is required for the safe operation of the burners if natural gas of a combustion value of 45 MJ/m³ is used. The reduction valve ensures a constantly reduced working pressure.
The gas requirement for natural gas is derived from the baking surface. The actual consumption, however, highly depends on the product to be baked. In general, it applies that for a correctly functioning of the oven, approximately 53 MJ/m² per hour is required.
The gas requirement is approximately20 m³/hour.
The actual consumption will be approximately 60% of the required value.
