How to use the wine chill

Slide or tap your finger on the airhole. Place your thumb on the air-intake valve and tip the bottle sharply. Once it’s in the serving position, remove your thumb to let the wine flow.5,With repeated use (several glasses), the inside of the tube is warmed by the flow of the wine, so you must slow the flow to ensure sufficient cooling.

How does it workNormally when you chill a bottle of wine you put it in a cooler and you chill the glass and then the wine inside. The wine chiller works by cooling the liquid as it is poured. The secret is in the inner cartridge that you freeze. In that piece there is a stainless steel coil that is about 60 cm long which is jacketed in a freezing gel. Your wine goes thru the coil and is cooled by the surrounding frozen gel.
