The polyester fibre can be 150D 96F, or 150D 144F, or 100D 144F, etc., which to adjust the fabirc weight and hand feel. The fabric weight can be 300gr, 280gr, 250gr, 230gr, 200gr, even 180gr. We can make the polar fleece fabric as bonded fabric, means two layer of fabric bonded together. The polar fleece can be bonded with polar fleece, or jersey, or suede, or sherpa, etc. The fabric can be with differnet kinds of allover prints.
