1. What's your delivery time ?
Answer: Generally, 30 days after receiving the deposit. If needed, We can arrange the shipping time according clients requirements.
2. What's the MOQ ?
Answer: 5 sets . We don't do retail for personal use. Pls understand. :) Thanks. If you like our models ,want to buy for personal use, we can recommend you our retailer in your country if we have.
3. Is mixed models available ?
Answer: Yes. All the products we have (Shower Rooms,Bathtubs, Shower Enclosures,Shower Panel) ,can mixed loading in one container .
4. What about the packing ?
Answer: We have the specialized workers to do the loading and packing.
For full container :
Shower Room : Outer packing: Carton box ( Plywood box for big size model tray.) Inner packing: Styrofoma,bubble box
Bathtub : Styrofoam bubble ,Carton Box, Wooden Box.
For sample order :
All use plywood box to reduce the damage the products being damaged in LCL.
5. What's your warranty time ?
Answer : 2 years. Exchange is available during the warranty time . We always provide some free spare accessories for each container.
6. Where is your factory located ?
Answer : Our factory located near the Xiaoshan International Airport, warmly welcome customers come to negotiate visiting !
