Introduction
BTS online battery testing and maintenance system is a online charging and discharge system, online single charging system and single testing battery pack system (wireless Bluetooth technology) intelligent equipment device. This device has inner equipped with high performance computer and has powerful functions of testing, maintenance and management for battery. The user just need to input necessary parameter to set the corresponding menu, the system will enter into battery testing and data processing automatically.
Functions:
1. Discharge function: BTS is connected with the being tested battery in serial, make online testing of the battery pack discharging to device and can test the battery’s capacity effectively under the condition of making use safety.
2. Display function: 14 inch ThinkPad PC display shows working state, the total voltage, current, time and capacity of charging and discharging, monomer voltage, the maximum monomer voltage, the minimum monomer voltage and so on.
3. Threshold setting function: It can set the control alarm threshold of the total voltage, monomer voltage, discharge time, discharge capacity etc.
4. Data analysis function: It can generate the total voltage curve chart, current curve chart, monomer voltage bar graph, monomer voltage curve chart and capacity analysis sheet and shows on PC.
5. Ensure safe system function: With seamless connection technology, being tested battery pack and BTS device connect in serial, during the discharging process, if the power fails, host will automatically stop the charging and discharging testing for battery and connect the battery pack automatically to ensure the battery pack always in safe online status.
6. A variety of alarm functions: Wireless inspection device alarm, and it alarms when the monomer battery’s discharge voltage is lower than the setting value and it also alarms when the monomer battery’s discharge voltage is lower than protection range.
7. ThinkPad: Using ThinkPad PC as control host, stable operation, intuitive discharge process, high capacity processing, big capacity of storage, strong scalability.
8. Video monitor: Breakthrough to achieve remote real-time video monitor, can know the running status of testing device in office (optional).
9. Remote control: Achieving remote control to let you test battery capacity online in your office (optional).
