Professional used in processing arch window of PVC profile. It consists of heating-oil trough and arching locating worktable. Different shaping belt and filling belt can processing in different specification profiles It can process the semi-circle of which diameter is between 500-1800mm or the arch which the diameter less than 30000mm.

Attention:

Make sure of connecting ground wires according to the electrical diagram when installing. To keep the working area clean and prevent sliding and freezing. Suitable tightness force when put the filling belt into the hollow of the profile. When put the profile into the heating-oil trough, make sure of falling the handle as slow as possible so as to avoid heating medium spilt out off the trough. Shut off the Total power when finish work and clean the table surface, then hood the dustproof plastic cloth.
