.Modular features:

1 :Feeding Stand (include pipe transfer device and allocation mechanism):

1.1 Feeding stand:Manually load the raw material onto the feeding stand before cutting, and remove the package by manual and wait sorting. Then the material will be dialed on belt by allocation mechanism one by one. It adapts different diameter material needs. The feeding direction is in the back of machine. Forklift or crane can be used to carry the whole bundle of materials into the feeding stand. The machine will operate the full-automatic feeding after manually unlocking the material strap.

 1.2   Pipe transfer device:It can transfer the one pipe from the feeding stand to the allocation mechanism platform stably and regularly for single each time. And it will automatically feed the pipe accordingly.

 1.3 Allocation mechanism:According to the feedback signal of saw cutting, the allocation mechanism will transfer the pipe in the waiting area to the automatic steel roller feeding mechanism. And then the other steel pipe will automatically fill the position of removal to ensure the feeding.

 1.4 Allocation mechanism designed with adjustment function of Φ15-Φ90mm material OD specifications, as one specification cutting process finished, operator just need a quick adjustment of the allocation mechanism to switch it to another specification. It is very convenient.

 2 Pipe auto feeding device and length positioning mechanism:

2.1Firstly, the steel pipe will be transferred from the allocation mechanism to the feeding mechanism, then to the length positioning mechanism along the transmission direction for cutting.

 2.2 According to the length information of original materials and the workpiece need to be cut. The equipment will automatically set the cutting position of the first face, various workpiece and the end face. Also it will perform the cutting work for first and end face automatically. When the cutting work is completed, the device will automatically send the workpiece, tops and tails to the workpiece box and waste container accordingly.

 2.3 Roller automatic feeding mechanism or servo motor direct feeding mechanism can work closely with the digital length positioning mechanism. It will do the right cutting position according to the required length by fixture the pipe, so the workpiece will not to move, to ensure the accuracy.

2.4 Due to the long operation objective, King-Mazon select the roller auto feeding mechanism or servo motor directly feeding mechanism, so that the length of the operation pipe will not be limited. As the pipe is going to reach the length positioning mechanism, the speed will come down. As soon as the pipes achieve precise positioning, it will be fixed by flexible lock to ensure the accuracy of fixed length.

 2.5 The measurement range of length positioning which is drive by servo motor satisfy single feeding 0-500mm and repeatedly feeding 0-6000mm.So the length positioning can be auto control according to the needs.

 2.6 The length positioning mechanism is placed in the unloading end of cutting machine.

2.7 For ensuring the clamping reliability, the length of head should be≥25mm and tail should be longer than 55mm.

 2.8 The discharge chute has auto offset function, the material head and tail will automatically fall into the head-tail box.
