The revolving flash vaporization drying machine is a new and high efficiency fluid drying equipment which is researched and developed for the sake of overcoming the low efficiency and high consumed static drying by our company.
There are many kinds of feeding equipment fir choosing, and feeding is continue and static. At the bottom of the dryer, where is high temperature area, heat sensitivity raw materials can not contact with heat surface directly, therefore it solves the carbonized and changed color problem. There are air pressure equipment and shaft cooling equipment, so can longer life of the machine. There is a special equipment for sharing wind, and raising the amount of hot air. There are rotational flow pieces inside the drying chamber. It is used to control the moisture and granule of raw material. Because of gas speed at circle inside the drying chamber is high and the staying time of material is short, high efficiency and quick speed can be realized.
