    Main Features:

    POM not only high strength,resistance but also high hardness.the high molecular polyethylene big sprocket contact with it is made in machining center, particularly high precision, heterogeneous wear-resisting material in water cooling lubrication, friction is very little and durable; chain bottle basket and the relationship between chain is also like this, so low power consumption.

     1.This machine changed traditional washing machine single rotary washing, novel innovation design, rib plate, steering wheel, linked by pin shaft tower, the whole machine formed long hinge string,strong cohesion between each other, make washing,control time longer, high pressure water rain outside, inside all rushed to ensure the bottle washing effect.

    2.Bottle lifter with high quality POM materials(South Korean import OPOM25 % enhanced), wear-resisting practical,turning wheel uses polymer nylon material form, smooth surface wear-resisting, it coincide with the bottle lifter with arc wheel, linked together, high precision of transmission, small friction coefficient, high production efficiency.

      3. Tracking high pressure jet washing and all-round flushing, 6 wheels innovative design, 2 wheels recycled water and 1 wheel pure water tracking high pressure jet washing, accurate, with big force, long time, bottle inside wash clean; long and more chain links, same speed,water control long time and clean. Bottles outside recycled water and pure water wash the bottles much cleaner.
