CIP:

CIP system function is doing automatic cleaning on all product contact surfaces. The cleaning area includes inside surface of the tank, pipe and material tank and other places that the material passes.By automatic control, the fluid in and out of the pipe, the fluid flow rate is not less than 1.3m / s.  All the procedures should be set in advance depend on the technological requirements, the cleaning time, alkali, acid concentration and temperature, it only needs giving instructions on the touch screen. The system has an automatic-alkali and acid supply function, and can automatically adjust the outlet cleaning fluid temperature and display the temperature, liquid level and lack of water(full with water) alarm.
