Why you choose Ceramic Bearings:Ceramic bearings have 10% less friction than steel bearings designed for very high velocity applications. Ceramic bearings are extremely wear resistant because ceramic material is much harder than the hardest steel bearings.Ceramic bearings with silicon nitride balls are 60% lighter than steel balls.  The lighter balls allows the bearing to spin faster, and uses less energy to maintain its speed.Ceramic bearings bring you safe operation even when using low amounts lubricant, which reduces the viscous drag friction from lubricant.

High-temperature Resistance Tech

 To increase the Temperature Resistance for Clincher wheels, we use a special material when combining the carbon of the braking track, it  increase the rim TemperatureResistance for about 80 Fahrenheit. This means that our rims can last longer than ordinary carbon wheel rims with the special heat-resisted material. And this technology can also help our rims to stand wear and tear,increase high-temperature resistant and brake force. 

Full Carbon Toray T700SC - Why we don't do the cheapest?

Without saying, material is the most important for a rim.

 

There are 3 main places producing carbon fiber material - Japan, Taiwan and China Mainland. Toray in Japan is the biggest and best carbon producer in the world, we use Toray T700SC from Toray for all of our rims.

 

Although Toray product price are almost 2X than those from Taiwan and 3X than China Mainland, comparing the durability and stiffness it brings, it's definitely worth.  

We Make It Durable - 35 layers in spoke hole side

For the spoke hole side, we use as many as 35 layers aim to avoid cracking, the

extra layers make the rims extremely stiff and durable.

We Make It Strong - 9 layers body

Carbon material is 8 times as strong as steel by weight, but is not so good at handling impact forces. So we mix 9 layers of the carbon material in different angles, a mixture of different angles resemble a uniform material,and they make the rim body resistant to all kinds of forces.
