SZW8192 is a large size silver white pearl pigments. It is in crystal super flake silver flake shape. It is specially developed for nail polish and nail arts. Very popular in year 2012!
Sheng Zhu cosmetic crystal silver white series pearlescent pigments are made of synthetic mica covered by titanium dioxide. Compared with natural mica pearlescent pigments, this series has a brighter color, looking like transparent platy powder/flakes and having a higher refractive index. It can present an attractive noble crystal radiance and three-dimensional flashing effect.
Pearlescent pigments are with very good high temperature resistance (the highest resisted temperature is 850°C), weather resistance & light resistance. It is widely used in cosmetics, plastic, coating, printing, printing ink & PU leather.
1. cosmetics field
It can be applied in lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, eye shadow, nail polish, compact powder, loose powder, hairstyling jelly, shampoo, bath gel, and etc.
2. plastic field
It is available in assorted plastic procession like injection, blowing molding and etc, for cosmetic container, shampoo container, foodstuff container, medicine container, soft tube, plastic commodity, buttons, toys, sandals, plastic house ornament products and PVC/PU press leather.
3. coating field
It can be applied in many coating systems, including solvable system, powder coating, UV solidifying etc, for vehicle paint, green paint, plastic-based paint, wood-based paint, surface coating for synthetic leather/textile/industrial metal-based & non-metal based decorative paint, powder coating, additionally art pigment for body-colored drawing and oil paint.
4. printing & printing ink
It can be used in various printing systems as intaglio printing, offset printing, screen pritning, surface printing and etc. Such can make packing cards, name cards, decoration, wallpaper, yew paper, greeting cards, tobacco and wine packaging, etc.
