Our burner can be widely applied in the industrial stoves and boilers which are fueled with coal.
The industrial performance and features
1. The fuel is evenly allocated with reasonable air distribution at the outlet of the pulverized coal burner. With a proper mixing point of the secondary air and the primary air, the length of the black flame at the outlet of the burner is usually controlled within 200-350mm in order to ensure the timely firing and sufficient burning.
2. A good aerodynamic field can be formed, which can facilitate sparking and an even mix of the pulverized coal and air. Meanwhile, slag-bonding also can be avoided. Generally, the primary air only produces weak rotational flow, but the secondary air can generate strong rotational flow through special structures. By adjustment, part of secondary air can be converted into ring-like direct air from ring-like spiral air so as to regulate the rotating strength of the secondary air. The primary air can also be adjusted through special structures to achieve the best mixing point of the secondary air and the primary air. Therefore, this product offers a diffuse type of combustion, which can be adjusted. Therefore, there are different adjusting ways for different kinds of coal.
3. The flame ejected by this machine possesses both the axial space rate and the rotating tangential component velocity. With a proper flame recirculation zone, the carbon particles which are not burnt out can enter the zone of negative pressure in front of the nozzle through the recirculation zone, so they can be burnt again. Therefore, the flame ejected by this machine is very steady and the burning rate of the coal is further enhanced. With hollow rotating flame ejected by this machine, an even flame temperature in the combusts of industrial stoves and boilers is achieved and the flame can fill the whole combust so that the product quality in the thermal reaction can be guaranteed.
