1. Its merits: The upper large components comprise boiler, upper furnace wall and hot insulation layer, and the lower large parts comprise traveling grate and coal scuttle. It can be installed easily in a short period with lower cost.

2. It is compactly designed, occupying small area and good looking. The boiler room only needs mono layer, and the construction investment is low.

 3. Easy and convenient for operation, running steadily, quick rising of temperature and pressure, strong power, broadly adapted to various coal.

4. The matched auxiliary machines are complete. The induced draft fan and air blower, water pump, dust catcher are all satisfying the need of boiler burden. It has a road range of adjusting speed, easy to be adjusted.

5. Overpressure alarming and water level adjusted devices are set to the boiler.

6. Each air chamber can be adjusted respectively. With low air emission, it is adjustable, and suitable for the demand of traveling grate burning property.
