Function and Features:

HLW11SNC series of high-precision upper roller universal-type rolling machine has following features:        (1) The upper roller is of drum shape. There are support rollers under lower rollers for adjustment and support. The machine can roll from low-thickness plates to high-thickness plates into work pieces of high .(The technology is of China national patent)  

 (2) Unique back plate-rolling techniques and continuous rolling ensure high precision of work pieces and avoids problems of ‘ dead rolling’ and ‘ sharp Peach ‘(The technology is of China national patent)  

(3) The plate end pre-rolling adopts direct upper-roller pressing technique, which can control the length and shape of remaining straight side and achieve high-precision plate end pre-rolling   

(4) The equipment uses integrated chassis and simple foundation, which makes it easy to move the equipment.
