| Step 1: | Products Design |
| Usually make the draft according to customer original design, using software like CDR or AI. If customer no have design draft, we could help him to complete the design free. | |
| Step 2: | Open Mould |
| Mould technician open the heliotype according to draft, then chisel the copper smith, then chisel the iron mould. Some complicated mould may take longer time to complete the mould opening. Usually 3 days to finish the mould opening. Production will be fast if mould already completed. | |
| Step 3: | Color decide and mix colors |
| According to the pantone card No. we confirm the product color. It is quite accurate and will be very little difference. | |
| Step 4: | Material prepare. |
| We check each pc product material measured by the digital weight. Usual weight for each pc bracelet is 5.5g. | |
| Step 5: | Start produce with mould |
| Put the mould onto the machine. Heat the mould and machine. For a nine moulds machine every day could out put 20000pcs products. | |
| Step 6: | Inspection |
| After the bracelet come out, we check every pc quality, if not same as the specification, we will take out and not packed. | |
| Step 7: | Side trimming. |
| Every pc product side needs to be trimmed and cleaned to make it smooth. One man power could trim 3000pcs/day. | |
| Step 8: | complete products inspection |
| After trimming it becomes complete products. It will go back to quality control department for checking the trimming quality. | |
| Step 9: | Package |
| After the quality checking, products will be packed according to customer requirement. PP bag pack, 100pcs/pack. 20packs/carton(2000pcs.) Standard export carton pack. | |
| Step 10: | Before seal checking. |
| After packed, the QC department will check the quantity. If ok then sealed with tape and send to warehouse waiting for shipment. | |
