Minimum Order Quantity

For the ones we already have mould, the minimum order quantity is 300 sets, for the ones which we need new open the mould, the minimum order quantity is 500-1000sets.

- Payment Terms

Generally, T/T 30% deposit when fix the order, 70% arranged before delive the goods. Meanwhile, we can also do confirmed L/C at sight - Product Description Spec

3) Friction parameters: 0.35~0.4

4) Less wear loss long life time, more than 40000kms distance

5) Temperature: (350~400) degree.

6) Hardness(HRM): 40~90

- Packing Details

We have two kinds of packing as per the client requirement:

1.       Using our own natural packing,i.e. color box for inner and export stand carton for outer.

2.       Design as per the clients’ requirement, do their own brand with their brand registration certificate.

- Inspection Certificate: ISO9000  TS16949  CERTIFICTAE- Delivery Lead Time:   generally 30-35 days
