    Good Heat Preservation Effect AAC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block

The process of the AAC Block Production can be divided into the raw material prepare, batching& casting, resting and pre-curing, demoulding & cutting , grouping and into autoclave, curing, then leaving autoclave, the steam curing cart and bottom of mould return, cleaning and oil-spraying. We can design annual capacity of 50000~450000 cubic meter according to customers' needs.

1 The Preparing of The Raw Materials

The raw materials include the fly ash, quick lime, gypsum, cement, AL powder, foam stabilizer and water.

A. The Preparing of The Slurry

The slurry will be made use fly-ash and gypsum(or only use fly-ash, gypsum is added when batching) adopt the technics of mixing fly ash, the main production equipments including the slurry mixer tank, slurry pump, the water supply system and the heat supply system. During the producing, the fly ash were matched according to the recipe. (sand need be grinded to -0.08mm by ball mill)

B. The Preparing of The Lime

    The lime always be crushed and grinding use the dry type ball mill. The equipments include the jaw crusher, ball mill, the grain lime tank, finished lime tank, bucket elevator, the vibrating feeder and the other feeding and transport system.

During the production, the block quick lime is crushed by jaw crusher, then through bucket elevator to lime storage area. the grain lime through the electronical vibrating feeder into the ball mill before milling, after milling, the lime powder will be transported to the powder lime silo through the bucket elevator.

C. Cemen

Always adopts the bulk cement, will be transported to the cement silo for storage through truck directly.

D. Al Powder

After measuring manually, poured into the AL powder mixer machine to make the suspension for reserve.

E. Waste material

The waste materials produce at pouring and cutting is send to waste water and waste material tank by scouring with water. The waste slurry will send to waste slurry tank by pump when waste slurry reach appointed thickness, and will be added to make finished slurry accroding to appointed scale.

2. Batching, Mixing, Pouring

The batching, mixing, pouring are all controlled by one central control system, the main equipments consists of electronic measuring system, the feeding, conveying, pneumatic control and the valve, casting and mixing machine. The whole technics process all carried out by the central control system, no need the labor to control, which ensure the precise of the batching, then guarantee the product quality. We usually adopt the fixed casting, the casting machine use the wear resist propeller spiral type, which beat up in a higher speed to ensure all the raw material are mixed equally.

The lime and the cement are separately fed into the lime and cement measuring tank through the spiral conveyor, and measured by the electronic measurer, then discharge into the casting mixer according to the instruction.

The fly ash slurry go through the slurry pump to the batching house, then measured through the electronic measuring tank, after slurry reach the requirements of the batching, it will be discharged into the casting machine according to the instruction.

The Al powder measured by the manually, poured into the al powder mixer to make the suspension, we match the slurry every mould, then the suspension will be directly injected into the casting mixer.

Before casting, the slurry temperature should meet the requirements of the technics. If didnt reach will use the steam. While casting, the mould transfer through the ferry car to the pouring mixer.

3. Resting and Pre-curing

After casting, the mould transferred through the ferry car to the resting room and pre-curing. During this process, the blending Al powder will have reaction, the hydrogen discharge, at the same time, under the action of Si and Ca material, the slurry will become the solid body, the hydrogen was held, then form the fine air hole, the body expanded.

4. Demoulding, Cutting, Grouping

This process is composed by overturn table, slip table, horizontally cutting car, the hoist and so on, the cutting group adopt the advanced overturn cutting technology, and the PLC control and new type hydraulic pressure system, our cutting machine up to the nation standard of GB11968-2006 requirement of  Autoclaving AAC block, and realize the cutting as six-side and overturning cutting.

After resting and pre-curing reach the intensity of cutting, the body transports to the overturn table through the hoist, then take off the mould and turn by 90º, standing on the slip table and move to the destination for horizontally and vertically cutting as well as six-side cutting.

The well cut body overturn again to the original position, with the bottom of the mould through the unfinished products hoists to the steam-curing cart, put on two mould each cart, then grouping.

5. Curing, Finished Product Leaving Autoclave

This section including the steam boiler, autoclave, windlass, slip vehicle, hoists and so on. The well grouping body will drive into the autoclave through the windlass. The autoclaving time is 7 hours, the steam pressure is 1 MPa, temperature is about 190°C. The finished product leaving out of autoclave use the windlass also, then use the hoists to the truck, to sell directly or store at the storage yard. Then the used steam curing carts and the bottom of the moulds will be return for recycling.

6. The Reclaim System of Waste Water & Slurry

This technics adopts the reclaim of the waste water & slurry. The system including the waste slurry pond under the cutting machine, the waste slurry pond and the tank, slurry pump and technics pipeline under the casting machine, while casting and cutting of the body, the recycling system will wash the waste slurry again and again, then flow into the recycling system. Then mixed each other until reach the concentration, will pump into the batching section for reservation. And when batching the finished product slurry, the waste slurry should be added according to the required proportion to make the slurry for finished products then recycling like this.
