Performance characteristic:
1. Light: The volume weight of plaster block is 600-900KG/M3. It is only 85kg when it is built in the wall. It is lighter than the clay blocks. It is useful for the tall buildings to decrease the load and reduce the construction costs.
2. High intensity: The intensity is high and it is ametabolic. The rupture load is above 3000N.
3. Fire protection and sound insulation: Fire protection limit of the wall constructed by plaster block is 4 hours and nonflammable. Sound insulation performance is excellent and the single layer sound insulation is 44dB. The double sound insulation for the hotel and meeting room will be better.
4. Never craze : The plaster block walls build by laying blocks alternately and there is no run-through slots. Since the felted plaster intensity is high, the wall will never craze.
5. Environmental and comfortable: Being made by natural plaster, the odor is natural without any pollutant. It will not produce any injurant. The surface is dry and can restrain mildew to multiply. It's comfortable for people to live in such buildings.
6. Excellent process: The process is convenient and can be done at site according to the demand. It can be sawed, planed and drilled.
