The clear glass is washed in purified water after which it is spray coated with a silver and copper layer consecutively.paint is applied in two layer process,the first is for corrosion resistance the second pass is to make the mirror waterprfoof.all processing and manufacturing line.

To product our high class silver mirror,we use high-quality float glass as raw sheet,wash by purified water,polished,spraved,sensitized,silver coated and copper coated consecutively.

First pass:painted-drain to be corrosion-resistant and dry.

Second pass:paint-drain to be waterproof,hard and dry.it also is coated with waterproof protective paint to further protect from corrosion and dampness.
